Kick off the adventure at the Edible Garden behind Uptown Farmers’ Market, searching for butterflies, bees, host plants, and nectar-rich blooms along the way – rain or shine.
Activities:
With beautifully maintained pollinator-friendly landscapes throughout Uptown Greenwood, this event is a must for nature lovers, families, and anyone passionate about saving our pollinators. The more people involved, the greater our impact—don’t miss this chance to make a difference while having fun!
Greenwood is proud to be a Bee City! Several areas within Uptown Greenwood are landscaped and maintained with pollinators in mind. The more people and organizations who get involved, the sooner pollinator declines will be reversed.
Bees are central to our lives. Thousands of Native Species sustain our environment and food supply. Bee City USA Greenwood brings people together to make their communities BETTER PLACES FOR POLLINATORS.
