Lions and Tigers and Leopards, oh my!  Can you jump as far as a cougar?  Can you walk like a cat?  Which cats live in families?  How many kinds of leopards can you find?  Where do tigers roam?  Get the answers to these questions and more at The Museum where we're WILD ABOUT CATS this summer!  We're open Wednesdays-Saturdays from 10:00-5:00, and admission is free.  Come have a roaring good time!

Stop by June 8th at 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. for Wildlife Geeks show.

The Greenwood Museum celebrates the 100th Anniversary of the Index-Journal with three exhibits.  A Family Affair,  a century of publishing a local daily newspaper in Greenwood, featuring vintage printing equipment and representative front pages from ten decade, The Printed Word: From the Ancients, Gutenberg and Giant Presses to The Digital Age and Remembering the Typewriter: Vintage Typewrites from The Museum's Collection.  Exhibits will open with a Free Reception on Thursday, June 6, 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. at The Museum, 106 Main Street, Greenwood.
